We provide a range of assistance in care facilities. Often not all of your needs are met by the care facility alone. We are here to provide that little bit of extra help that can make the day so much nicer. Whether it’s some extra support getting ready in the morning or when you are going out for a walk, we are here to assist you to do the things you choose. We focus on your quality of life and providing the support you need.
In Home Services
The goal of our in home services is to provide the range of supports that will allow our client’s to remain at home. As your needs change so will our services.
Personal Care
Our staff are certified Personal Support Worker’s or equivalent. They are trained to assist with bathing, dressing, skin care, toileting and general grooming. We know something as simple as feeling clean and fresh can make such a difference to the day.
Activation
Our caregivers provide you the support and security to do the things you enjoy. They can assist with light exercises, accompany you on a walk or break out a deck of cards. It’s about doing the things that make you smile.
Outings
Although our caregivers do not drive, they can accompany you in a taxi wherever you need to go. Whether it’s an appointment, errands or just going out for a coffee with friends, you can do the things that are important to you and feel secure knowing that one of our caregivers is there to assist
Respite
If you have a family member who depends on you but you need a little time to yourself, don’t fret, we are here for you. Whether you need to run some errands or you are going away for a few days, our goal is to give you peace of mind. Our caregivers are here to care for your family like their own so you can take some time without worry.
RespiteShopping/Grocery Shopping
Our caregivers do not drive, however, they can accompany you shopping or pick up a few items on the way to your home.
Meal Assistance
If you require assistance in the kitchen, our caregivers are here to help you with meals. Whether you need help chopping vegetables or full meal preparation, our caregivers have the skills and knowledge to prepare a dish of your choice.
Overnight Care/Relief
We are a 24/7 care company, so if you require overnight care we are here for you. Our caregivers are required to stay awake throughout the night so they are alert should any needs arise.
Light Housekeeping
Keeping your home tidy and organized is important to your independence and health. Our caregivers as part of the care they provide can assist with laundry, dusting, vacuuming.
